Morgan County R-I is Accredited with Distinction
for Improvement in Performance in 2004-2005
| Morgan County R-1 is the largest employer in
the School District. It employs 64 certified teachers, 5 administrators,
and 42 non-certified staff members for a total of 106 employees. The
school which is PreSchool-12, enrolls approximately 780 students. If you

Support Staff application) The Stover School District buildings are all located in Stover and
physically joined into one large complex. In 2002 a new middle school
was added. This addition includes 16 classrooms with a computer lab and
office space. The Stover school building is located off of US Highway
52 between Cole Camp and Versailles. Stover is located about 35 miles
southeast of Sedalia, and about 45 miles southwest of Jefferson City.
Some larger population centers, that are within a few hours drive of
Stover, are Columbia-78 miles away, Kansas City-115 miles away,
Springfield-110 miles away, and finally St.Louis-185 miles away. The last fact we should mention, according to the last MSIP, is
that Morgan County R-1 School District is Accredited with Distinction
with Improvement in Academics. |
